Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. You will always be notified if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Domestic Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery estimates do not include processing time.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Built in the Fire Brand is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties applied to your order. All charges imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout. If an address error results in a returned package, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.
